How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Drones And Accessories (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

The product arrived well, it is as it says in the description. I had several drawbacks with the shipment, i missed the tracking number, but after a while i arrive.

Shows well. The receiver is very sensitive. Fixed bug with image loss. Adjust the distance between the eye-fixing. The distance between the lenses changes, which almost does not affect anything, the image is twofold. You need to physically reduce the distance between the screens. I ordered glasses for shares with delivery to belarus from a warehouse in russia. After payment, the store sent a message with a request to cancel the order as there are no points in the russian warehouse. The site indicated the availability of 10 pieces and they continued to be sold. The seller offered to send from china, but in this case i would have to pay the fee. We agreed to send to moscow to the company-intermediary for delivery (for me the additional costs are 10 usd). The seller sent for a very long time. Sent through the company maxipost. Maxipost is very cunning-for delivery in moscow send the parcel to sdek on warehouse-warehouse conditions. And sdek refuses to deliver the parcel to the specified address. The parcel lies with them at the point of issue of orders. Calls to maxipost and sdek do not solve the problem. In general, i still have difficulty and additional costs of 10 usd for shipment to minsk, but received. But opening the package (very crumpled) saw-ordering black glasses, i got white. Right glasses. It looks a little small but i already knew it. To get you into the drone world it's great as they're very smooth and comfortable. The shipment was fast.
Good points for their money, took a shareholder almost a thousand cheaper. To the range then i will finish the comments. Of the minuses personally for myself i can determine the sucks adjustment of the screens, it is not tight, just when removing glasses they break apart, you have to re-adjust each time. But i took the glasses in the helmet space, and at first i thought that they did not act so much from the head, wrong here. These glasses were not satisfied. The picture is clear, you can see each twig, but i have some problem with brightness, min after 10 brightness falls strongly and is restored only after reboot and then not for long.
